The first stage to upgrading your digital camera with a teleconverter or wide angle lens is the lens adapter. This tool allows you to add a Tele Conversion Lens that extends the optical range another 1.75x. It also lets you add the Canon Wide Converter lens, giving you the equivalent of an ultra-wide angle 24mm lens on a standard 35mm camera.
This adapter is required for mounting the wide converter, tele-converter and close-up lens to the camera.
