Finally we would like to point out that due to the huge number of grey imports many of the manufacturers and distributors who would repair broken imports as a form of good will, to cater for those who purchased their camera on an overseas holiday etc, now refuse to do this and will charge for the repair in full. So not only will you be charged for the parts but for the labour as well! So ensure you ask if the product you intend to purchase is sourced from the Authorised Australian distributor.
